Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) is one of the most versatile copolymer rubber compounds. It consists of the organic compound styrene and the chemical butadiene, with the amount of butadiene usually being about three times more than the amount of styrene. SBR is a stable synthetic rubber that is resistant to abrasion. It is used in a wide variety of products, such as automobile tires, children’s toys, shoe soles and even chewing gum.
SBR is produced either through ionic polymerization of a solution or as an emulsion through free radical polymerization. Also known as emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber (E-SBR). SBR is very cost-effective and is used to stretch dwindling natural rubber resources, especially in tire manufacturing.
CPE is a high molecular synthetic material by chlorination of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and it is also a type of thermoplastic elastomer. It has good heat resistance, whether ability, oil resistance, flame retardancy, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, etc. It can be both used for production of window profiles and pipes as an impact modifier for PVC rigid products, and for applications in industries of wires & cables and hose & tape by taking place of CR (chloroprene rubber) as a special rubber.
Chloroprene rubber has many superior characteristics compared to natural and even other synthetic rubber types, so it has numerous applications. In particular, its possible uses have been expanded to civil engineering/construction and precision components as well. PDM rubber is used in vibrators and seals; glass-run channel; radiator, garden and appliance hose; tubing; washers; belts; electrical insulation, and speaker cone surrounds. It is also used as a medium for water resistance in electrical cable-jointing, roofing membranes, geomembranes, rubber mechanical goods, plastic impact modification, thermoplastic, vulcanizates, and many other applications.
EPDM exhibits satisfactory compatibility with fireproof hydraulic fluids, ketones, hot and cold water, and alkalis, and unsatisfactory compatibility with most oils, gasoline, kerosene, aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons, halogenated solvents, and concentrated acids.
The main properties of EPDM are its outstanding heat, ozone and weather resistance. The resistance to polar substances and steam are also good. It has excellent electrical insulating properties.
Epichlorohydrins find use in a wide range of automotive, industrial and consumer applications. Compounds are easily fabricated into hoses, air ducts, rolls, diaphragms and seals.
Zetpol polymers find use in a wide range of applications. Automotive, oilfield and roll applications represent the many of the markets for hydrogenated nitriles.

These are blocked polymers in which part of the fluoroelastomer and fluoro resin are combined, and as at room temperature physical bridge formation(Para-bridging structure) is conducted in crystalline fluoropolymer phase, it shows rubber elasticity, but at high temperatures beyond fusion point, it shows the same liquidity as thermoplastic.
Therefore, molding and processing have polyphenic characteristics in which processing and molding resemble thermoplastic resin, and ordinary state the characteristics resemble fluoroelastomers, and chemical resistance resembles fluoroplymer, respectively.
We regularly stock the G-755 which is a copolymer fluoroelastomer of vinylidenefluoride and hexafluoropropylene, and curing agent ((bisphenol AF) and curing accelerator are incorporated.
Of all DAI-EL series, it is the grade with the highest heat resistance and compression set resistance. It is best-suited for O-rings and oil seals which require heat resistance.

Isoprene rubber is the abbreviation of polyisoprene rubber, a product by solution polymerization of synthetic isoprene. Isoprene rubber has good flexibility and wear resistance, excellent heat-resistance and chemical stability just like natural rubber.
Isoprene rubber can replace natural rubber for manufacturing of tyres. it is also used for producing other rubber products.
Natural rubber is obtained from a tropical tree, Hevea brasiliensis, originating in the Amazon Basin, which can be 30 m (90 feet) tall. Now, most rubber production comes from Southeast Asia (Malaysia and Indonesia), the rest from South America, west/central Africa.

Nitrile Rubber is a synthetic rubber copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene, offering improved oil, fuel and chemical resistance compared to natural rubber and other synthetic rubbers. It is available in a number of supply forms, including bale, powder and liquid nitrile, catering for a variety of end applications.
Nitrile rubber is typically used in applications where resistance to fuels, oils, solvents and other chemicals is a requirement. A higher acrylonitrile content results in improved oil, fuel and solvent resistance, whilst a higher butadiene content translates into improved low temperature flexibility and resilience. They can also be used for the modification of thermoplastics and thermosets, and in the production of adhesives.
